Q: What happens if we run out of stock?

A: We provide a very generous amount of stock to launch a successful shop!  If at any time you need additional stock during your shop, we have expedited reorder options for your school to ensure every customer is a happy customer!

Q: Do I have to use a register?

A: We offer a super-easy, web-based register system that allows you to run your holiday shop with simplicity!

Q: What happens if we don't have a computer to use for our virtual register?

A: Please call our office to discuss your options.

Q: Is there a way to price check?

A: Yes! Our Wonderland App speeds up the check-out line and eliminates time-consuming refunds.

Q: Where should we have the shoppe?

A: A classroom, media center, art room, stage, or portable are great options.  Anywhere you have access to a stable internet connection.

Q: Do we do a lot of counting?

A: No!  We are a no-count inventory company. 

Q: Do we have to pay up front?

A: No.  Payment is sent when your school is done selling and the remaining items are being picked up.
