Wonderland Gift Shoppes ("Wonderland," "we," "us," or "our") provides holiday gift shop fundraiser programs to schools. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with that program, including information from school staff, chairpersons, and program contacts ("you").

Information we collect

• Contact information: name, title/role, school name and address, email address, and phone number, typically collected when your school signs a program contract or during onboarding for the fundraiser program.

• Program and account information: contract status, order and billing history, delivery and route details, and communications between you and Wonderland.

• Communications: the content of emails, text messages, and calls you exchange with us, kept for customer service and record-keeping purposes.

We do not collect this information from the general public or from students — our contacts are school staff acting in their professional capacity for the fundraiser program.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Administer and fulfill your school's fundraiser program contract (scheduling, delivery, billing, and support).

• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and program status by email, text message, or phone.

• Respond to questions and provide customer service.

• Maintain business records required for accounting and compliance.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile phone number, Wonderland may send you text messages related to your account, program, orders, scheduling, and billing. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the time of year (busy season communications are more frequent than off-season). Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be transferred or sold to any third party. Information may be provided only to service providers or messaging providers as necessary to deliver the SMS service on Wonderland's behalf.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the program:

• With shipping/delivery carriers, to fulfill and track orders.

• With service providers who help us operate (e.g. email and SMS delivery, payment processing), under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing that service to us.

• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wonderland, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain program and contact information for as long as needed to administer the fundraiser program and for our business record-keeping requirements. Information is stored using industry-standard security measures, including encryption of stored data.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.

• Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.

• Corrections: contact us to correct or update your contact information on file.

Children's privacy

This program is directed at school staff acting in a professional capacity, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from students.
