These SMS Program Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Wonderland Gift Shoppes to school staff and Holiday Shop program contacts who separately opt in to receive text messages related to their school's Wonderland Gift Shoppes Holiday Shop program.

Program Description

The Wonderland Gift Shoppes SMS program provides informational and operational text messages to participating school staff and Holiday Shop program contacts.

Messages may include:

• Account and Holiday Shop program notifications

• Scheduling reminders and updates

• Delivery and pickup notifications

• Order updates

• Billing-related updates

• Customer support communications

Messages relate directly to the recipient's school's participation in the Wonderland Gift Shoppes Holiday Shop program.

This SMS program does not include third-party marketing, third-party promotional messages, affiliate marketing, or third-party lead generation.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

School staff and Holiday Shop program contacts may opt in to receive SMS messages from Wonderland Gift Shoppes by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox presented during the Holiday Shop Details process.

The SMS consent checkbox is optional, separate from required form confirmations, and unchecked by default.

Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Participation in the Wonderland Gift Shoppes Holiday Shop program, purchasing goods or services, or submitting Holiday Shop information is not conditioned on consenting to receive SMS messages.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, Wonderland Gift Shoppes will no longer send you SMS messages through this program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your school's participation in the Wonderland Gift Shoppes Holiday Shop program.
