The image below shows the SMS consent option presented to authorized school staff during the Holiday Shop Details process. SMS consent is optional, separate from the required form confirmation, and unchecked by default. School contacts may submit their Holiday Shop information without consenting to receive SMS messages.

The mobile phone number field is optional. Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is collected only when the user separately selects the optional SMS consent checkbox shown below.
